Our Areas of Expertise

Intuitive Movement

Learn how to make movement work for you! We can help you develop a brand new relationship with movement - one that allows you to incorporate movement into your life in a healthful, joyful, and fulfilling way. No scales, tape measures or step trackers required!

Chronic Pain Management

It can be hard to include movement in your life when you feel like you’re battling your own body. We can guide you safely through your movement practice and help you tune into your body’s cues so that you can do more, with less pain.

Strength Training

There’s no doubt - one of the best things we can do to take care of our bodies is to help them get strong. Whether you’re using bodyweight, resistance bands, or strength equipment, we can help you meet your functional strength goals, feel energized, and harness your superpowers.

Core and Pelvic Floor Health

Our core and pelvic floor are some of the hardest working muscles in our body! We can help you understand how this important system works, and how you can use movement to help it function optimally, whether you’re dealing with diastasis, prolapse, hypertonic pelvic floor, or other core & pelvic floor concerns.

Our Values

Body Appreciation

We teach you how to use movement as a way to appreciate your body, not punish it. We believe movement should be life-enhancing - that is, it should make each day better, and remind you how strong you can be.

Respect

We believe that everybody has the right to access physical activity in a way that is free from judgement, shame and stigma. Our trainers work hard to ensure you feel comfortable at every stage of your journey.

Health, Not Weight

We follow a health based approach to personal training, meaning that we are focused on helping you incorporate healthy movement into your life without focusing on your weight, appearance or calories burned.
